A clinical study involving 45 men and women aged 35–60 investigated whether topical Argireline® Amplified peptide could prolong the visible effects of Botulinum toxin type-A injections.
After receiving BTA injections in the crow’s feet, frown line, and forehead areas, participants applied either a cream containing 5% Argireline® Amplified peptide solution or a placebo cream twice daily for four months.
Using advanced 2D and 3D facial imaging, researchers monitored wrinkle visibility, skin roughness, and wrinkle length.
