Dermal Roller
Wildcrafted Organics Dermal Roller is an at-home microneedling device and the second product in the Age Less Beauty collection, designed to support firmer, smoother, more youthful-looking skin. This high-performance facial roller helps enhance your skincare ritual by improving product absorption and supporting the skin’s natural renewal process.
By creating a controlled, virtually painless micro-injury in the skin, the dermal roller encourages the skin’s natural healing response, helping stimulate the production of collagen and elastin. This process can help improve the appearance of skin texture, fine lines, wrinkle depth, crepey skin, hyperpigmentation, and acne scarring, while also enhancing the penetration of your skincare products by up to 40%.
With consistent use, this advanced beauty tool helps support a firmer, more refined complexion and elevates the performance of your serums and treatment products.
Available sizes
BLACK 0.3 mm
Use 2 to 3 times a week. This size is designed to enhance the absorption of your potent serums by up to 40%.
GOLD 0.5 mm
Use once a week. This size is designed to enhance serum absorption by up to 40% while also supporting collagen and elastin production and improving the appearance of acne scars and light scarring.
Because the dermal roller enhances product absorption, we strongly recommend patch testing your chosen serum before use.
Recommended to use with
- Wild Rose Botanical Mist or Wild Plum Serum first
- Follow with Bakuchiol Serum or Everlasting Beauty Balm
Please note that Wildflowers Serum contains more essential oils and should only be used with the dermal roller after patch testing.
How to use
Step 1
Before each use, sanitise the roller by spraying it with colloidal silver or isopropyl alcohol, or by soaking it in boiling water. This step is very important.
Step 2
Cleanse the skin thoroughly and pat dry.
Step 3
Gently and firmly roll the dermal roller over one area of the face in one direction at a time, vertically, horizontally, then diagonally, 2 to 3 times. Move to the next section and repeat.
Avoid the lips and eyelids.
Step 4
Apply your serums immediately after treatment. If using Wild Rose Botanical Mist, apply this first.
Treatment takes only a few minutes and can be repeated 2 to 3 times weekly for the 0.3 mm roller and once weekly for the 0.5 mm roller.
Replacing your roller
Dermal rollers do not last forever. Replace every 3 months if using once a week, and discontinue use if the roller begins to drag on the skin.
Why your skin will love it
- Helps stimulate collagen and elastin production
- Enhances serum absorption by up to 40%
- Supports firmer, smoother, more refined-looking skin
- Helps improve the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles, scarring, and pigmentation
- Supports the skin’s natural renewal process at home
Research
Microneedling research has shown that skin treated with at least four sessions spaced one month apart may produce up to a 400% increase in collagen and elastin six months after commencing treatment. Research also suggests that microneedling helps reorganise old collagen fibres while supporting the formation of new collagen, elastin, and capillaries, contributing to a firmer, more youthful appearance.
These effects may be enhanced when combined with a topical anti-ageing vitamin C serum such as Bakuchiol Cell Regenerating Serum or Wild Plum Illuminating C Serum.
Cleaning your roller
Always sanitise after use and never share your roller.
- Rinse with cold water
- Spray the roller only with isopropyl alcohol or colloidal silver
- Rinse with freshly boiled water
- Allow the roller to dry fully before returning it to its case to protect the needles
It is very important not to leave isopropyl alcohol on the roller.
